I just did a search of my mother's maiden name, Bilek, and found a number of 1920 marriages - only 1920 not '21, '22 etc.  It's a work in progress done by volunteers.  Want to speed things up?   Go to...................

I have gotten half dozen Marriage Licenses from the site. It is great and it is
only 66% complete!
