By an chance, does anyone know how to access the "Chicago's Irish Families
1831-1900.? I read that
it is accessible online for "free".

Betty lou,

The information was online for free at one time on a website called
"IHAOnline.com. The piece was written by Tom Cook. The website was taken down
several years ago. Ancestry.com has the records now - available for a
subscription charge. Small bits and pieces of the info have posted on different
websites, maybe someone on the list knows where, but you will probably need to be
more specific as to whom/what you are looking for.

Does your library have access to Ancestry.com? I believe the LDS family
libraries now also have free access to Ancestry.com. also.

Good luck.
