It is also available (I just look online at the Chgo Pub Lib) at
Harold Washington and Sulzer.
I didn't find anything on Cork Enrights, but I'll look again.
It's quite an amazing volume, published in 1884. I think Andreas was
the publisher but most of it was written by Hager.
