Of Jane Hammond, maiden name Jane Long, a native of King's County,
Ireland, and lived in the City of Dublin for many years. She came to
America with her nephew, Michael Williams, about 15 years ago. When
last heard from she was living in 12th St. cor. of 5th Avenue, NY.
Information of her will be thankfully received by her son, William
Carey, care of Messrs. Lynch, Cole & Meehan, Irish-American office, 29
Ann St., New York.

July 17, 1869
Of Mary Reynolds, who left Loughrea, County Galway, Ireland, between
1848 and 1850 for the United States. When last heard from (about 5
years ago), she was in Maldon, MA; is married to John Carey, a currier,
and native of the County Cork, Ireland. Also of her brother Joseph, who
has served in the late Southern Rebellion. Joseph left Cavan in the
year 1856. Their brother, Philip Reynolds is anxious to hear from them;
his address is 187 Concord Street, Brooklyn, L.I. Care of Peter
Martin. Boston Pilot, please copy.
