Thanks for your information about Dr. James Sanford. He is not one
of our family insofar as I have learned about them. They left N.Y.
in time to be in the 1820 census at Fayette Co, IN. Dr. James Sanford,
born 1840, would have been "too late" and may have been part of another
Sanford group at Shelby Co. that also seem unrelated to ours.
