I happen to have a copy of the published Farmers Retreat Church Records for their first 150 years. They have been transcribed from the German so sometimes the entries are not completely accurate (misspellings, slightly wrong dates, etc.) I looked through my book and found only listings for the Lubbe family. I have a pdf file that has the results of a partial search for deaths, birth/baptisms, and marriages, but I cannot attach it to this posting. I will try to send it to your e-mail address. I hope it is helpful and that if it is, you will pass along the gift of time to help someone else.
