I am trying to fill in some blanks in our family history. I am looking for the parents of my WASHINGTON ADAMS who was born in Ohio in 1811. In 1832 Washington married Laura Hill in Lagrange Indiana and they had three children. Laura Hill was the daughter of Dr Moses Hill and his wife Betsey Winslow who also lived in Lagrange. Living near them was a family headed by a John Adams who may have been related to our Washington Adams.
The Washington Adams family moved from Lagrange IN to Mt Carroll IL where Washington died in 1863.
If anyone has information on my ADAMS family please let me hear from you. Thank you!
