I am connected to the Sturgeons in Jackson Co. Ind. Have you see info on Eliza
Prince, whose mother, Caroline Prince had a sister mar to a Sturgeon??? Eliza
was a dau. of my Grt Uncle Thomas Jefferson Brannon out of wedlock with Caroline
in 1851 she born. Caroline Prince never mar. and Eliza mar .to ( can't think
of the his first name now Sturgeon and maybe he was a
bro. to your's. Eliza's family all moved to Mo. or Ia. (my memory now)
, I have several pictures of the whole family of her's with Caroline,her mother.
and all their genealogy.She had 10 ch. Thomas was the 1st school teacher in Grassy
Fork School. His sister and spouse, James Johnson and Caroline's father Mr.
Prince. helped build and donate land for the school..
