My grandmother, Helen M. Roosa, b. Apr 26, 1910 doesn't remember her mother.
She was told she died when she was born. I have her birth place as Canton,
Illinois on her death certificate.

Her mother's name was Nell Burns her father was Elmer Roosa. I know her
father lived until at least 1953. Supposedly dying in Racine Wi. having
remarried Ida ? about 1922. I cannot find her mother in the Census or her
father for that matter. I have a marriage link for Scott Co. Marriages from
1900-1915 but they are not in there either. Can anyone help?
