My Great Grandparents are Richard Tuman and Elizabeth Lee married Dec 7th 1868. I have a copy of the marriage certificate. Perhaps it's the one you have as it has written R. Clark, M of G. It's certified by the Morgan County Clerk at Jacksonville, IL.
