I have OSBORN & BREESE in my line through Henry I CARRs wife Janette Breese Marshall. She had an aunt Gennette Breese who married William REINER in JASPER.
Her mother was Rhoda Breese. I was under the impression their mothers name was LUCY who married Franklin BREESE in OH. She may also have had a sister named Lucy. One Lucy died ca 1855 the daughter 1859. Can't find either of them. Several of the children, including Rhoda moved to COLES CO IL ca 1860, and Frank moved with younger children to MO, where he re-married. Lucy the mothers maiden name was Osborn. They also were related to LOVE/LOVELY/LOVING. All from OH, and maybe all from NY and CA PE MARY NJ before coming to OH. They, too came to JASPER ca 1850. Osborns from NJ and NY related to my sisters husbands HAND family. WE have been looking for Lucys where-a-bouts for years. NO luck. But I remember son J______ moving to another county in IL, south of JASPER I believe.
Frank Breese was also known as Doc Franklin Breese, or D.F BREESE. Not sure why.
