Don,
I'm still working toward renovating the Limerick site. My business got
really busy during the late summer and early fall, so I had no time to spend
on it.
Since I'll be redoing almost everything, I have a question. I've been
thinking "what should the site be?" What, in your opinion, are the most
useful features for a County site? I don't want to duplicate information,
features, or data which exists elsewhere. I want to have something
particularly useful to those searching their Limerick roots. So my question
is, "what would that be?" Maybe you can point me to sites which you feel
accomplish this.
Any input would be most appreciated.
Thanks,
John

Good morning members of IGP.
Please welcome Brian L. Massey to our family. I'll have to exchange more
information with Brian, but he may be a real cousin.
Brian has adopted County Meath. He has a homepage about Meath with loads of
data helpful to researchers.
Brian is also researching County Wicklow and is helping Coral to upload a
lot of new data
for Wicklow researchers.
Please welcome again, Mary Ann Lubinsky who just adopted Galway and Donegal
to go with Sligo. I hated (really) to give up Galway because my Kelly's came
from there, but I am sure Mary Ann will do a great job where cousin Richard
O'Donnell and I left off.
If we could only get eight more hours a day<G>
I join the rest of you in being excited about what the library, County Clare
I believe, is doing with putting genealogical information online.
Congratulations also to members who are helping Clare and other counties by
transcribing records.
Now if we can just get Cashel and Emely to loosen up<G>
Congratulations all for making IGP a one stop shop for researchers. We are
doing great.
Finally, we still have a couple of adoptable counties, so please keep your
eyes open for good member prospects.
Have a great week all.
Don Kelly
