Mary,
John Henry Horning married Mildred E. Kelly on November 04, 1893 in Polk
County Iowa. That marriage is recorded in Book #7, page 113 at the County
Recorder's office. As for any other information you would have to contact
the County Recorders Office for a copy of the Marriage Record. I do not
know the cost and you may find the address on the Iowa Gen Web page for Polk
County. Hope this helps some.
