I'm sorry I didn't see your post sooner. I'm not in Louisa county (nor even Iowa) but I have found the photo volunteers of Louisa County, Iowa at Find A Grave to be most helpful.

I went ahead and created online memorials for Edwin and Barbara at Find a grave. You just need to go there and click request a photo. While there, you can also ask me to turn the management of those two online memorials over to you, and I will make it so.
