Elizabeth Coffman is married to J. Coffman in the 1880 Cass Co., Iowa Federal Census. I believe Elizabeth was Elizabeth Bursley, first married to Lafayette "Lafe" de Marcus McDonald. Living with the Coffman's are Joseph and Etta McDonald, listed as step children of J. Coffman.

Lafayette McDonald (also McDaniel in some records) married again to Charlotte French, about 1879, and in 1880 was living in Norton Co., KS.

Are there any marriage records or divorce records online for Cass County, or does anyone have access to those records? Thank you very much.
