Allison , Sept 2 - (Special) - Mrs Eva Hupp of Beaver Township was granted a divorce from Otto Hupp of lucas County in a district court August 24 before Judge M. F. Edwards. The plaintiff charged cruel and inhuman treatment. The defendant is to pay the clerk of courts for the plaintiff the sum of $200 in cash $70 for the plaintiff's attorney and $200 before one year, as alimony. He is to pay $15 which is the amount of the court costs. the defendant receives all property under his control located elsewhere than Butler County and the plaintiff receives all property under her control located in Butler County.

( anyone know where he belongs. I have an Otto Hupp the son of Emanuel , could this be him? )
