We are told that all of George Hupp, Sr.'s 12 children were born at home, in Roswell, OH. However, I noted that the OH Deaths Records indicate POB as New Philadelphia, Tuscarawas Co, OH. Perhaps Roswell, OH is so small that everything is listed as New Philiadelphia on official records?

If you are not familiar with Roswell, OH the entire current population is 257 with 95 families.

We believed that the name of George Sr's wife was Daisy. However, that may be further back in the ancestry than George, Sr. or not at all. One of our ancestors was an princess/squaw (possibly the wife, mother or grandmother of George D. Sr.? or further back in the ancestry.

1. George David Hupp, Sr. - born OH - DOD: 3/3/1962 in Tuscarawas Co, OH - puts DOB approx 1888 - DOD 3/3/1962 (a widower).

+ Anna B. Ritenour ('Ritenour' taken from Brady F. Hupp in OH Deaths & 'Anna B.' taken from 1920 Census) - approx DOB 1894 - born WV
DOD: Before 1962 - Father/Mother born WV.

2. George David Hupp, Jr. - DOB 1/30/1915, Roswell, OH - age 8 on 1920 Census - Soc Sec 281-03-0453 - Father/Mother born OH

m. unknown (a divorce occurred between unknown & George Hupp betwen 1947-1953. Unknown then married Mr. Davis -
one or more of these children may be a Davis or Hupp.
