Yes, NoteTab Standard ( not the free version) allows GLOBAL changes, I
use it regularly for EVERYTHING HTML.
It can change by selectable directories on your hard drive, and is an
excellent tool for learning HTML, or creatuing the code with a CLIPBook
( macros) which comes with it.
