Sir George marr Ellen Hopkinson 16Aug1848. She died 1864 in or near Warlingham age about 39. They just had 2 sons. George marr 1896 Eveline Isabella Pidock who died 1903. Edmund marr 1888 Florence Tritton. As far as we know, neither had issue. Sir George was in Shipping & Insurance. Chartered ships to HM Government for war in Crimea, India, convicts to Australia, and settlers to there and New Zealand. Poss the person who visited the churchyard was related to either Pidcock or Tritton.
