I'm having trouble finding the parents of my ancestor James M. Helms.
He lived in Augusta Co., Virginia with his wife, Jane D. Carlyle and
several children. He had a brother, William B. Helms, who also lived in
Augusta County. ANY information or clues as to where to go next would
be most helpful.
