The above newspaper article from 1832 indicates there was a "Captain" Hamilton and also a "Deck Passenger" named L. Hamilton. Was the captain related to the deck passenger? The deck passenger was said to be Leonard Hamilton, the early pioneer from MD to KY, traveling on business in April of 1832, according to some sources.
