I went to my local library in town and filled out a slip for a search on the

book. Two days later the library called me and told me they had located the

book and would order it on library loan. The book came from a college
library in Boston. When the book came in I copied the entire book at the
local Kinkos. I have the pages still and if you would like me to scan pages

for you, I will.
