I have some extracts from a book
HAMILTON, Everard.
Hamilton Memoirs; Being Historical and Genealogical Notices of a Branch
of the Family Which Settled in Ireland in the Reign of James I.
1920. Dundalk.
I have the following notes on the author:
Everard Hamilton S.A. of Trinity College, Solicitor of the Supreme Court
of Ireland; Member of the Royal Society of Antiquaries, Ireland.
Does anyone know anything about this book? Where copies are held? Anyone
have a copy?
It contains a great deal of information about the Hamilton origins circa
13th century, going through the Hamiltons in Ulster and onwards. The bits I
have are tantalising.
Regards,
