Hi,

I'm looking for information on, ancestors and other descendants of Hanson
HAMILTON. He married Sarah DAVIS in Hopewell Twp, Washington Co., PA and
reportedly moved to Richland Co., OH. Sarah was the daughter of James DAVIS
and Celia GALLOWAY who moved from Delaware to Washington Co. in 1791. Hanson
and Sarah HAMILTON had a son, John Milton HAMILTON, born May 16, 1842 in
Ashland Co., OH, which is just east of Richland County. I don't know if
there were any siblings. John Milton HAMILTON married Julia Ann LOOMIS, on
Sept. 30, 1869, Julia Ann was born in Pittsburgh, PA, Dec. 18, 1843, the
daughter of Robert Cunningham LOOMIS and Jane McCURDY. She died April 28,
1904 in New Florence, PA; John Milton HAMILTON died Jan. 13, 1926, in
Johnstown,PA.

John and Julia Ann had the following children:

Mary Loomis HAMILTON, born Oct. 1, 1871 in Corsica, PA, married Charles
Archibald MATTHEWS on June 16, 1897.
Robert Loomis HAMILTON, born July 14, 1873 in Bellfield, PA, married Cora
LUTHER .
Sarah Jane HAMILTON, born Nov. 26, 1874 in New Texas, PA, married Harry
Doolittle EWING on May 16, 1906.
Estelle HAMILTON (my grandmother), born Nov. 21, 1877 in New Texas, PA,
married James Craig CRAWFORD on Oct 16, 1900, died Dec. 2, 1956 in
Norristown, PA.
