of researching to do, before I can say we have anything we can go on. There
were a lot of Hamiltons in my area, and I'll share if I can.

email), but I'll put it the best way I can since I'm new to this.

and 1736. They had two sons, Willliam and James.

island of Nevis, he fathered Alexander and James Jr. with Rachel Fawcett.
Alexander was born about 1744, and James was born later. I have two
different versions of this, and I can fill you in on it later if you like.
Anyway, James Sr. abandoned Rachel and the boys, and they moved to St.
Croix, where we hear a lot about Alexander because he was smart and had
mentors who sent him to New York when he was seventeen. We all know the
rest of the story. Alexander was killed by Burr, etc.
> What happened to James, Jr. It seems that Alexander got a lot of
glory.(probably well earned) And James???

> If James Jr. was anything like his father, we may have a match. Our
people here aren't talking.
