I have scant info as my Hamiltons are from the first marriage of my
gggrandmother Jane MASON b 1820 m Tobias HAMILTON. Tobias HAMILTON is found
on 1840 census for Cinncinati. Some of the children of this Jane's first
marriage kept her maiden name. One son was Henry HAMILTON MASON born 1840.
Henry Hamilton MASON is found in 1850 in the city of Troy, Ohio. Tobias
HAMILTON either dies or they get divorced, as Jane MASON marries Jane CONNER
by 1850 and the children are spread out all over the place. (Henry is with
his grandmother Sarah MASON in Dayton, Ohio)

Any glimmer into these lost childrens whereabouts would be great!
