Dear Hamilton Researchers,

I need some help with two lines of Hamiltons - whose Hamilton children
insisted on marrying Hamiltons.

My great great grandmother, Sarah Jane HAMILTON, was born 5 Jan 1843 in
Alabama. She married John Tillman JACKSON 4 Jul 1861. Her parents were
Jane Hamilton and John Franklin Hamilton.

Jane Hamilton was born 12 Feb 1816 in Lincoln County, TN. She died 30 Sep
1877 in Lamar County, AL and is buried in Ballard Cemetery near Detroit, AL.
Her parents were Hannah FOSTER and George HAMILTON.

John Franklin Hamilton was born 22 Aug 1818 somewhere in TN. He died 12 Feb
1862 in Lamar County, AL and is also buried in Ballard Cemetery. John was
the son of Elizabeth GILMORE and Martin HAMILTON.

John and Jane were married 22 Dec 1836 somewhere in Alabama.

I am trying to document all the above statements in addition to finding the
parents of George and Martin Hamilton.

Just to make life more fun for the family researchers, John's brother,
William, married Jane's sister, Martha Mahala.

And John's sister, Margaret Martha Rachel, married Jane's brother, Frank.

Your help will be very much appreciated.
