William Hackett (b. abt 1830 Ireland) married Helen Ryan, and they had two sons in Plumsted Twp. New Jersey, John (b. 16 Jan 1853) and Thomas (b. Jan 1856). Helen died shortly afterward, and William brought his two sons to Shieldsville, MN where they stayed for the rest of their lives.
William remarried to a woman named Hannah, but I don't know her last name.

William Hackett (age 20) and his younger brother, Thomas (age 11) lived in Plumsted Twp. New Jersey in 1850. I'd like to find out where they or Helen Ryan originated in Ireland.
