Do any of you have a family of Hacketts who were in New Jersey in 1802? My William H. Hackett was supposedly born in 1802 in New Jersey according to two censuses, then he went to New York, was there in 1825, married Abigail Baker Drake maybe 1825 and had a son John D. Hackett born in 1825 in New York, He maybe was in Canada a short while then came back to Pennsylvania and married a lady named Mary Magdalena _____ maybe Freete and had several children born in Williamsport, Lycoming, Pennsylvania. He was in Bradford, Pennsylvania living with John in 1870.
Looking for William's parents in New Jersey.
