Do you know if the younger Thomas b. abt 1727 had any brothers named Bazel (spelling varies) or a son named Bazel or Peter? I have a John Hackett born in the late 1700's in KY, he was the son of Peter b. mid 1700's, and Peter was a brother of Bazel and they were born in VA. Both Peter and Bazel are listed as orphans of a Thomas Hackett, who would have been born around the time of the younger Thomas listed in your original post.
