Hi Darlene
you probably dont remember me but we exchanged a few emails earlier in the year.I've traced my family tree to my great grandfather whos name was thomas hackett and lived in oldbury.I'm not aware of any of the family emigrating to america but i havent gone back all that far yet so its a possibility.
Thanks for the encouragement because to be honest i'd pretty much given up on the whole idea of tracing my family tree but youve reminded me how much i really want to do it.
