Put "Griffiths Valuation" into Google, and you will find
an explanation.
Also, have you explored various parts of
cyndislist.com
under Ireland?

The index to Griffiths is now on a cd. I do not have it,
but if you were to ask on the Tipperary list, I am sure someone
would have it and check for you. If you are in a metropolitan
area, it is probably in a large library near you. Or it may be
offered on one of the subscription databases that many
people can access.
