Have you tried the Tri county gen. board of Tioga cty.

I have been researching the Hackett's a long time, they are very elusive people. They didn't leave a very good trail.

There are a lot of Irish and English Hacketts in NY and PA.

I think when we come down to it we are going to find a link between the Irish and the English.

My Hacketts were from Halesowen, England, also known as oldbury, and the Black Country. Darlene
