I am trying to make connections with anyone regarding the family of Joseph Hackett & Sally Frost, of Virgil\Harford, Cortland Co., New York and of Huron Co., Ohio. Their children, among others, were Lovina, Charlotte, Elon, Curtis, Wheeler, Lewis, Eron, Alinda, and Freeman Hackett.

I am able to trace all of these people in the 1830 U.S. Census for Virgil, Cortland Co., New York, except for two daughters, one born between 1810-1815, and another born between 1815-1820.

One of these two daughters of this family, I believe, may be my GGG-Grandmother, Sally (Sarah) Hackett.

She was born in April, 1811, Chenango Co., New York and was married to Clinton Fish of Cincinnatus, Cortland Co., New York abt. 1833. I am trying to tie her to a Hackett family in the Chenango Co.\Cortland Co. area for quite some time without success. It seems that I might be on the right track; this is one of the best leads that I've come across so far in my 3 years of searching. I hope that someone out there might be able to help me out with some information! If so, I'd greatly appreciate the help!
