Michael Hackett – Obituary 3/18/1918 – Times Picayune Newspaper – New Orleans, LA


Hackett – On Monday, March 18, 1918 at 1:30 O’CLOCK A.M., Michael W. Hackett, beloved husband of the late Mary Harahan, aged 65 years a native of Buffalo, N.Y. and a resident of Algiers, LA for many years.
Interment in Masonic Cemetery.
Buffalo (N.Y.) and Atlanta (Ga.) papers please copy.

This obit was found while searching for my North line. My Hackett, Johanna married Samuel Broad North. I have very little on my Hackett's and this might be a conncetion since my North's and this Hackett lived in Algiers, a subburb of New Orleans, Louisiana.

Johanna Hackett b. 1874 d. 1946, Her father, Daniel Hackett b. 1835/40 d. 1878. Daniel is from Ireland. Johanna was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. Other associated names Ann Austin, Annie Hackett, Mary Hackett, John Costello, Daniel Costello
