Obituary printed in the Scottsbluff Star-Herald Wed. August 28, 2002. (Note: I am not related--this is a courtesy posting only.)

Torrington, Wyo.---Funeral services for Lois Hazel Hackett, 81, will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 29 at Grace Family Fellowship in Torrington with her sons, Rev. Jerry, Rev Timothy, and Rev. Rodney officiating. Burial will follow in the Valley View Cemetery. Lois died quietly at her home on August 25, 2002 in Torrington surrounded by her loving husband and family.
She was born Jan 31, 1921 in McGee, Ark. the daughter of Hubert and Martha (McKenny) Moss.
She married the love of her life, Leo Hackett, on Feb. 28, 1943 in Ft. Worth, Texas. The couple then moved to various places over the next nine years.
She is survived by her husband Leo of Torrington, three daughters and sons-in-law, five sons and daughters-in-law, 36 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
The Colyer funeral home of Torrington is in charge of the arrangements.
