WILLIAM H. HACKETT
Pavilion, [NY] March 6--The death of William H. HACKETT occurred yesterday at his home in this village following a week's illness with pneumonia.
Mr. HACKETT was born in Rochester 84 years ago and after his marriage to Miss Ellen CARROLL of Java [Wyoming Co. NY] on January 1, 1873, he resided on a farm a mile northeast of here. Five years ago he sold his farm and moved into the village. He was a member of St. Mary's church.
Surviving Mr. HACKETT are his wife, who is very ill; two daughters, Mrs. Nellie PERFIELD of Puyallup, Wash., and Mrs. Henry QUINLAN of Pavilion, several grandchildren and one sister, Miss Celia HACKETT of Washington.
