Janet,
My John C. Hackett [1830] married Sarah J. Bryant [1833] in
Franklin Co., KY on May 16, 1854, and unless I have not found it out yet her name was not Cross. There marriage record states it is Bryant. I have no information of this family ever being in PA, Oral history has them coming from Hackettstown NJ in the beginning. The above were born in KY according to the census records.
