My line of Hacket(t)s are from Atlantic county NJ and are listed in the 1850 census as Constant, John, and William. Their father was John Hacket born circa 1809 in Atlantic County. His father was Zephaniah Hacket born 1774 in Atlantic/Gloucester County. His father was William Hacket born 1740 in Atlantic/Gloucester county. His father was John Hacket, married to Sophia, both of whose birth dates and places are unknown to me. It is possible that they came from Hunterdon County.
