& scares description: SULFNBK</A> Name: SULFNBK
Type: Virus hoax
Description: SULFNBK.EXE is a program which comes with the Windows 95/98
operating system and can be used to backup and restore long filenames.
Although it is possible for the file to be infected by a virus, it has
also
been the subject of a hoax which has been distributed in several
languages.
I read the article that was posted and found this and deleted and then
after I notified everyone on my list a family member sent me this notice
that it was a hoax. I appreciate the concern, but I wonder how many
people have deleted this like I did.
This site should be used for Hackett information not Virus info. If you
have a Virus program, they will notify of any REAL Virus problems.
