William S. Hackett born in N.J. approx. 1826, married Ann ?? Who was born
in Ohio, approx. 1827
Children: John G. born approx. 1847 in Ohio. Married:1)Lucille Layer
who was
born in IN. 2) Sarah Huey Hauser. (My g-grandfather)

Daniel W H born in Ohio approx.1853. I found him again in a
census
by himself in Benton Co., IN. in 1870.

Thomas W. born approx.1854 in Ohio.

George F. born approx. 1859 in Ohio.

I have this family in 1860 census record in Warren Co., IN. Then I have John
with his family in Knox Co., IN. in 1880. Otherwise, I cannot find them. If
anyone can connect, or would have any information on any one of this family,
I would be very eager to be in touch.

Children of John G. Hackett by his first wife Lucille Layer are William,
Charles born 1878, and Rebecca.
