Since I have not posted to this list in some time, I thought I would try
again. my grandmother was Elizabeth Hackett, born 1878 in Stalybridge,
England. her father was Christopher, his father was Christopher and his
father was James. I beleive that the first Christopher came from
Ireland.
my grandmother had 2 aunta, Jane Hackett and Elizabeth Hackett
who I beleive married in the Stalybridge area . Their brother was James
hackett, born about 1847. I think he might have come to the US but I am
not sure. My grandmother and her parents came to Fall River, Mass. Any
connections would be helpful. Thanks, Jane Sullivan
