There was a Judah HACKETT in 1790 in the Rockingham Co, New Hampshire
census. Actually two Judah's. If you look in the census books at a
local FHC (read: Family History Center), they have books for the 1790
census for every state available and these 2 are on page 65. Here is
the info:
M+16 M-16 fF AOFP Slave
2 - 2 -- --
1 1 3 -- --
These catagories are Free white males 16 and older, free white males
under 16, all free white females, all other free people, slaves
NOTE: any indentured servants where included in the M+/-16 and fF
catagories, NOT AOFP like most would think.
There is also a Jude HACKETT in Maine, don't know the county on page 40
with only him in the household under M+16.
Good luck.
