I am new to the list. I am interested in the family of David Hackett
born about 1825, and married to Easter or Esther Haydon (nee Brown),
Birmingham, 1848. They had two children, James William Henry born 1849
and Mary Ann born and died 1851.
I know that David was in New Zealand in 1858, and Esther had a son,
Thomas Alfred Hackett born New Zealand in 1860.
Thomas is my husband's grandfather.
Anyone knowing anything of this family please contact me.
