Hi again Cory!

I have been trying to figure out who George Hackett's parents are.
There are a couple clues:
1) He was born 1777 in PA.
2) Census records for 1790 in PA show a few Hacketts with sons in the
right age brackett.
3) Census records for 1800 only has two: Ann Hackett in Chester Co. &
Eliza in Cumberland. No George or Peter Hacketts listed.
4) From G.Hackett on this list I received info from PA V.R.'s (vital
records?) George Hackett & Elizabeth McYoung m. 27 June 1764.
5) If our George & Nancy followed naming practices of the time, they
would have name the first son after George's father and the second
daughter after George's mother...which is what they did if George &
Elizabeth are the parents.
6) I've put out queries to Cumberland and Chester Cos. with no luck so
far. Have to get to a library with more records!

Hopefully someone else on this list will have some info on these
Hacketts in PA.
