Searching for info on Andrew HACKETT (born Feb 20, 1809 in Painted Post, NY;
died November 26, 1890 in Buchanan County, IL. He married Olive HALL
February 22, 1835 in New York. Their oldest child, Clarissa, was born
December 21, 1836 in Will County, IL.

The family settled in Pleasant Valley, Jo Daviess County, IL. A son Dwight
HACKETT fought in A Co, 45th Illinois Infantry in the Civil War.
