Hi,

Per request of Howard, I am sending the info on Joseph from the
naturalization papers I recieved. Please keep in mind that I did not
recieve the Intention papers with this.

Summit, County Ohio probate court 1933

In Akron, ohio, Oct 8, 1875, be fore the Hon. MS Marvin, Joseph
Hackett native of England. Witness, Henry Musser (?)

It says also that he swears no more allegiance to Victoria, Queen of
England.

This is highly paraphrased.

PS My orignal question was, would Joseph be considered a subject of
England or a native of England if he was born in Ireland.
