Subject: Irish Hacketts

I have traced my Hackett line to a James Hackett, born in Ireland about
1800. His wife was Elizabeth. I'm not sure if they went to England but
their son, Christpoher did and in 1846 he married an Ann Higgins.They
had at least 4 children: James, Elizabeth, Jane amd Christopher. The
latter was my gr-grandfather and he came to Mass. about 1888.
Does anyone know where Hacketts might be concentrated in Ireland? I have
heard Co. Kilkenny but I really have no idea where my ancestors lived.
