Thank you for doing all this research; I currently have all the information regarding her brother Joseph. I have also found Georgiana Lavoie's birth record and marriage record to Joseph Bouthillier. The only thing I do not have is Rosanna Butler (Bouthillier)'s birth record and her father, Joseph Bouthillier (Butler)'s death record.

I have been able to go back to the 17th century in my Canadian tree, but can't prove my great-grandmother's birth from 100 years ago. So frustrating.....no one in the family knows, and all of Rosanna's children have passed away. My mother remembers that Rosanna, her grandmother, did not talk much about her history. I guess this is what you call a brick wall.
