Hi,
Joseph & Georgeann's marriage can be found at www.familysearch.org
Here is the page:

It states that Joseph was born in Rouse/Rowes Point, New York to David and Julia (Riel) Bouthilier.
Georgeann's parents are John and Deborah Lavoie. No place of birth is named.
It was the first marriage for both.
